Winter and pre-season campsMae Taeng, Chiang Mai
Two full-size grass pitches under the northern hills, one floodlit every night. Beds for around 120 a few steps from the touchline, and a kitchen that cooks to your nutritionist's plan.
In Mae Taeng it is Chiang Mai time, UTC+7
The pitches
This land started in 1990 as a nursery growing Curcuma flowers for export across Thailand. In 2017 the owners laid a full-size pitch for friendly games, and looked after the turf the way they had looked after the flowers.
Teams kept asking to train on it. A second full-size pitch followed, then a training pitch, and visiting clubs now come back for month-long camps.
After dark
Pitch one is floodlit every night, so the hard session can wait until the heat of the day has gone. For tournaments we light the second pitch too.
Between sessions
Recovery, strength work, team meetings and down time all happen on the same private site. Nobody gets on a bus between training and lunch.
A large outdoor pool for recovery sessions and swimming, with ice baths for after the double sessions.
Weights, mats and bags in an open-sided hall facing the pitch. Space for Muay Thai and MMA work too.
Team talks, video review and seminars, with rooms for 50 people and more.
Rugby squads and athletics groups train here too.
Rooms
Hotel rooms and team dormitories sit right alongside the pitches, so the whole travelling party stays together on one site.
Every hotel room has air conditioning, a safe, a smart TV, a kettle and a hair dryer.
Kitchen
The in-house team cooks to the plan you send: protein-heavy recovery meals, plant-based options, Thai and international dishes. Ingredients are seasonal and local, some picked from the organic garden on site.
Bringing your own chef? We help them find every local ingredient they need. The restaurant is fully licensed for food and drink, from team buffets to tournament dinners.
Camps and tournaments
Top-division teams from the Korean, Vietnamese, Lao and Thai leagues have trained here. Foreign clubs now book 30-day camps through their own winter.
From a long weekend to several months, with pitch time, rooms and meals planned around your sessions.
Up to ten teams on site at once. The Rai Yaowarate Youth Cup 2026 brings eight teams here in June.
Weddings, conferences and concerts fill the grounds between camps. See the venue.
